Collection orders
Orders placed here are requests for collection from Inside Flintshire Motorcycles, Bromfield Industrial Estate, Mold, CH7 1JR. We open 7am–3pm daily. Online ordering is available only while the café order screen is monitored, with a 2:45pm online cutoff. The café confirms availability and collection time before accepting an order. Please wait for acceptance before travelling.
Pay the displayed total at the café when collecting. This website does not take online payments. If you need to change or cancel an order, call 07340 680906 as soon as possible and quote your order reference. Contact the café if anything is wrong with your order.
Allergies and intolerances
If you have an allergy or intolerance, speak to the café before ordering. Menu pictures are illustrative and are not ingredient or allergen information. The café can discuss ingredients, preparation and cross-contact risks with you.
What information we use
Hungry Bikers Cafe uses your name, phone number, chosen items, notes and collection request to handle your order and contact you about it. Your IP address is converted into a one-way identifier to limit repeated submissions. Please avoid including sensitive information in order notes.
Order information is stored in the website’s hosted database and is available to the authorised café staff. We use it to take steps at your request and fulfil accepted orders. We use security information to protect the ordering service. Your information is not used by this website for marketing.
How long we keep it
Guest orders are removed after 30 days. If you choose to sign in, your orders are linked to your account’s unique identifier and kept for up to one year so you can see your history and reorder. Cleanup runs when the café order screen is used. Guest orders are not automatically attached to an account by matching a name or phone number. Technical service logs may be held by the hosting platform for operation and security. Contact the café about access, corrections or deletion of your order details. You can also raise privacy concerns with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
Cookies and external services
This website does not add advertising or analytics cookies. The hosting platform may use essential cookies for access and security. Customers may use our external sign-in provider to save orders, and café staff use the same service to access the order screen. The website receives your account identifier and email; it does not receive your password. Staff access requests store the signed-in account identifier and email for approval by the café owner. Reorder baskets use temporary storage in your browser to carry your choices back to checkout. The embedded Google map loads only when you select Load Google map. Google then receives technical information such as your IP address and may use cookies under its own policies. Clicking WhatsApp, Facebook or directions opens that provider’s service, which handles data under its own privacy terms. Clicking Text opens your device’s messaging app; your normal messaging charges may apply.
